4. Purchases and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4.2 Pricing and Fees

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Volume discounts apply automatically based on quantity purchased.

4.3 License Delivery

Upon successful payment, license keys will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your email address.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate license key delivery, refunds are generally not available. However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion within 7 days of purchase in cases of:

• Technical issues preventing software installation or use
• Accidental duplicate purchases
• Product not functioning as described

To request a refund, contact us at support@archthropica.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the refund request.

6. Software License

Your use of our software products is governed by our separate End User License Agreement (EULA), which you agree to during the purchase process. The EULA takes precedence over these Terms for matters related to software usage.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our software
